  Yes, your full access to subscriber only content on afrsmartinvestor.com will cease when you cancel your print subscription to Financial Review Smart Investor .

• Can I use my Fairfax Digital username and password to login to afrsmartinvestor.com?

  No. You must register on afrsmartinvestor.com separately, unless you have an account on afr.com or brw.com.au. In that case, you may use your afr.com or brw.com.au username and password. Your username and password to Fairfax Digital will not give you access to afrsmartinvestor.com.

  However, to receive e-newsletters you will also need a Fairfax Digital membership: http://newsletters.afr.com/

• My username keeps being rejected on the registration form, what’s wrong?

  Your username must be 6 or more characters and have no spaces. If rejected, it may be that your username has been selected by another user. In this case, please try entering another username.

• What is the difference between HTML and Text format for newsletters?

  HTML email format displays both graphics and text, allowing for improved readability. Most email systems enable this, however, some such as Hotmail and AOL don’t so you may need to select “Text” format. Some text version emails may not fit the URL on one line.   Every effort is made to ensure that your transaction is secure and safe. Passwords and credit card details are transmitted in an encrypted form using industry standard 128-bit SSL encryption to protect your privacy. • What if I don’t have a credit card?

  It is possible to pay by cheque for your Financial Review Smart Investor subscription. Payment made by cheque must be for a 1-year or 2-year subscription to Smart Investor . Cheques must be made payable to Fairfax Media Publications Pty Ltd and sent to:

• What Archives are available with my subscription?

  You are able to search all Financial Review Smart Investor archives going back over 5 years. The archive includes only editorial content it excludes photographs, charts or tables.

• Can I purchase photos that appeared in Smart Investor ?

  All photographs are updated daily and available on Fairfax Photos website ( fairfaxphotos.com.au ). Alternatively, you can email fairfaxphotos@fairfax.com.au or call 1300 136 466.

• Can I get a back copy of Smart Investor ?

  Back copies of Smart Investor are available subject to availability. Please call Customer Service.
